He co-chairs both the American College of Pediatricians’ Committee on Adolescent Sexuality and the Christian Medical & Dental Associations Sexual & Gender Identity Task Force. Dr. Van Mol writes and speaks for the CMDA on issues of bioethical and Christian concern, and has been extensively published in professional and general literature.

James Phelan, LCSW, MBA, Psy.D is a program coordinator for the federal government in Columbus, OH. He is also an author and online adjunct professor at Liberty University and Grand Canyon University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Help4Families/Living Stones Ministries and is the secretary to the Association for Christians in Health and Human Services (ACHHS).

Denise Shick is author of My Daddy’s Secret, and several other books. She is a speaker on transgenderism, and topics of faith and forgiveness. Denise is the founder and director of Help 4 Families. Denise’s ministry compassionately reaches out to those effected by transgenderism and works diligently to help the church understand the emotional and spiritual confusion many families and strugglers face.
